Leg pain?!

Question

Once I get ready for bed my whole body aches but especially my legs! Like severe growing pains or something. It's so hard to fall asleep. Anyone else or is it just me?

I woke up out my sleep with the worst leg cramps ever yesterday!! Been having it off and on for about a week or so now! I didn't think it would happen this early

Restless leg syndrome. I had it with my first 2 pregnancies. It's horrible and annoying

Magnesium helps this soooo much. I add Calm to my water.

I have this too! I actually got compression socks and they help a bit. I found stretching my calves and then massaging my legs before bed helps the most

That's restless leg syndrome! Look it up! It's common during pregnancy

Yes me! I hardly slept a wink last night I was in agony. 
It's called restless legs, tonic water helps, I just didn't have any y'day. X
