I'm a stay at home mom. My husband and I live with my parents because it's too expensive for us to move out on our own. (A small studio costs around $1200 and they usually don't accept more than 1 person)

So I am a mother of 2 boys. My older boy is almost 2 years old and my younger is 2 months old. So my younger baby is still waking up every 2 hours EVERY NIGHT to feed and my older usually wakes up once every night to complain about not getting milk (we're cutting pediasure during sleep time)

My husband always works night shifts so he usually doesn't get home til around 11:30. Last night I was getting some chores and misc things done around the house and ended up falling asleep after him and he fell asleep around 12:30. The kids bedtime is 9pm.

Now, this morning I wake up at 6:45am because my son wakes up at that time ready to start the day ! Im exhausted so I make myself some coffee. My mom is helping me with my older son giving him breakfast while I rock my little one, since I just finished feeding him.(he woke up at 5:30)

My husband is still sleeping

My mom decides she want to go look at fabric and wants me to come with her to help her choose. It's now 8:45 and we start getting dressed to go to the store.

I come in the room and let him know I put his work clothes in the washer so he needs to put that batch in the dryer since I'm going to the store with my mom.

He says okay and we're off.

We end up getting back around 11

Now my husband is up and eating food(that I just picked up for him)

He says he works at 12 so he gets ready and goes to work.

So my 2 month old, who usually sleeps between feedings decides he wants to stay up the whole time my husband is at work.(well he slept twice for about 15 mins each)

I'm still exhausted. And while all this is happening my mom is taking a nap, so she's not helping me with my bigger son.

Then as I'm about to do another load of laundry, I see that my husband don't put the whole batch of clothes in the dryer, NO. He only put his one work shirt in the dryer! Thats irritating but its okay it's whatever.

SO, My husband gets home at 8:30 and immediately takes a shower.

When he gets out, I asked him to hold our little boy because I just fed him but he's fussy and I feel disgusting (I hadn't showered yet and our house is like the inside of a furnace during the day)

Our big boy is sleeping already.

MY HUSBAND STARTS THROWING A LITTLE FIT BECAUSE I ASKED HIM TO HOLD OUR SON

As I'm passing him our son,

I told him, I don't need you to throw a fit. I woke up before you and I'm probably going to end up sleeping later than you again. I just need you to hold him so I can shower. I feel disgusting.

Him: yeah it's not like I JUST came home from work or anything

Me: well you think watching the kids all day is easy?

Him: Ive been it all day in the HOT SUN.

Me: I been running around today too. (In the hot sun)

SIDE NOTE: just to be clear heDOES NOT do any heavy lifting at his job. He just walks back and forth outside basically. But he has a tent he can go under when it's not busy.

Then I just closed the door and took a bath.

But okay WTF you can't hold your son for like 10 minutes so I can take a bath?!

I RARELY ever get to take a bath by myself. And it's been like this since our first son was born! But HE goes and takes HOURS in the bathroom. 1 hour to poop by himself and another hour to shower. AT LEAST!

And he's bothered by hold our son for 10 minutes while I shower?!!!!

HE ONLY HELD HIM ONCE TODAY! And that's so I could shower !!!!!!!!!

He didn't spend any time with our older son today except when he payed on the bed with us which was about 5 mins.

AND HE HAS THE NERVE TO COMPLAIN TO ME WHEN I HAD FUCKING LESS THAN 5 HOURS OF SLEEP AND NO TIME TO NAP DURING THE DAY ?!?!!!! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!

DO YOU THIMK BEING A STAY AT HIME MOM IS EASY?! ITS NOT! I have the kids under constant supervision. I make my older son breakfast lunch and dinner, give them both a bath at night all while I'm feeding our little baby every 2 hours

AND ON TOO OF ALL THAT I'm washing the clothes and doing the dishes for everyone in the house.

I was so irritated and I'm wondering if I should be this irritated OR if this is just PMS getting to me...
