Valium and BF - ok or pump & dump?
So, new mom adrenaline was keeping me from sleep to the point of exhaustion and my doc have me Valium to help. Specifically asked for BF safe but he was a GP so I don't know if he was all that rigorous in checking. I'm reading on the lactmed site that for one time use it's ok, but can't find anything about taking it for several nights in a row. Anybody know whether Valium is ok or pump & dump??
