SO MUCH GOING ON

Well this weekend I got enagaded. Talk about happy as hell! But now I have so much I need to do. No not wedding plans. We have agreed not to have a wedding until we can afford it and have finished school working good jobs. So it'll be at least 2 years. But my problems, he still lives 2 hours away and I need to move ASAP. The only thing holding me back is a car. I was gonna get a beater with my tax check but I'm fighting with the IRS so that's gonna take at least 3 months. I need to move sooner I just don't feel right being away from him. So I need to know what's a good tactic to save a money for a car. Any ideas. I'm also trying to quit smoking cause obviously that'll save me a shitload but I need other tactics as well. Thank you!!
