Help has anyone had this happen to them before ?

So this morning I woke up to go pee and this came out of me but this has never happen to me before I'm not on my period and I'm not spotting . I'm not sure what this can be yesterday I got two big cramps that hurt like hell . And according to my app I'm not supposed to start my period till the 10th.

This happened to me about 4 weeks after sex with my boyfriend, like it legit looked juust like this... I never went to get checked since I was 17 and my mom was who took me to my dr appointments and she didn't know I was having sex 🙄 I came to the conclusion myself that it was a miscarriage. I guess I'll never know 😔
