miscarriage

I believe I'm having another mc I posted af came but I saw a 2nd line trying to form on a preg test yesterday...the blood is so dark and painful this isn't the first time I had a mc I done gotten positives the day af was due and later started bleeding heavy this time I got my positive the day before af this time this is why I don't bother testing idky I did this time maybe because I never cramped for so long but I know it'll most likely end in a loss as it seem to always do I haven't told my bf just been silent since yesterday he thinks I'm mad at him and he doesnt have any kids he takes care of my son very well and all he ever wanted was to add to our family since he has no one outside me n my son n my family idk if I'll tell him
