Another baby or no?!

Question

I married my husband 3 years ago. I have a daughter from a previous relationship. My husband and i talked about not having another baby before we married. However he had a change in heart and wants a baby. I don't know if I can emotionally or physically handle another baby.
What do you think I should do???

Its up to you its your body and if you already discussed not having another before you got married, you weren't really expecting it so have a good sit and think, if you were a single mum with your first though it'll be a lot easier, at the end of the day you'll be carrying it for 9 months and pushing it out, so don't do something you don't want too, even if its just a 'not right now but maybe in the future' maybe that's all he needs, best of luck :)

I think you had a bad experience with the first maybe not having as much help and support as you need. But now you have a man that wants to take this journey of parenting with you. But if marriage is your main factor, go to the court and get married. I would hate for you to repeat the same thing. Good luck.

Do not listen to these people trying to tell you that you basically owe him a child. You were upfront from the beginning. I would NEVER recommend having a kid you don't want for the sake of someone else.

Could you imagine the resentment that could build up toward him? And possibly even toward the child you felt forced to have?

If you change your mind that's one thing. But you don't owe him a kid. He doesn't 'deserve' for you to give him one. And you should not feel guilty for having a child before you met him.

End of story.

If he hasn't got any I would  at least give him one it's not his fault you had one with some one else. But that's just my opinion it is something you have to decide as a couple
