Tips for a first time mom?

Anyone have tips for a first time mom or advice? Anything at all lol I'm making a list of things (not stressing myself just being bored) I'd love anything anyone has to say! From what to buy not to buy or stories that'll help me or other mamas or ladies!!

If your still pregnant  I would say stock up on quick easy meals weather that freezing pasta sauce or Pre banging slow cooker meal and stuff like and stuff for snacks especially with breast feeding have some frozen baked goods muffin, banana bread, cookies and so on...oat meal and things high in portion help you stay full longer because with everything else going on you will most likely forget to eat! 
Find a way that make you drink a lot of liquid! Your gunna be thirsty weather that's juice,soups, milk, smoothies and of course water maybe even keep a judge in the fridge
Ive heard drinking raspberry leaf tea after birth can help shrink and strengthen uterus and make recovery shorter as well as a support belt 
Dream feedings are the best thing I've heard of right before you go it bed feed baby and change bum that way you will be getting up 2-3 hour later instead on 2-3hours from last feed plus with the bum change you'll know baby won't be walking up from that either. In the bed room baby will be sleeping in or diaper change during the night place a red light bulb it will be bright enough to do what you need but your eye don't recognize red light so it will be easier for baby to go back asleep! There maybe time when she's fussy I alway kept a pot of coffee ready to be made just i cause I might need it!
