Please dont judge me.. i need advice.

Me & my SO have been together for 4yrs. But lately things feel like its been more of a roommate arrangement.. its awkward for me bc i need the physical connection. Yes i have expressed how i feel many many many times that im to the point where im annoyed. All he ever says is "idk what to say other then i love you" but recently someone new has sparked my interest & has made it clear he also has an interest in me, so thats definitely not making it easier. But im a firm believer in "never make permanent decisions based on temporary emotions " so does anyone have any words of advice..
