Does preseed really help?

I use coconut oil for lube, could the oil be making it harder for the sperm and should i switch to preseed?

Answer

I've heard coconut oil is not good to use as lube. I was using it and my dr said to not. I'm not sure about if it makes it hard for Sperm but I know he said it's not good for your vagina. I thought it was.

Does preseed really help?
