What are some signs of ADHD in Kindergarten age children?

I've always felt as if my child has ADHD, but I tried to tough it out and wait to see if they'd get better. Their behavior hasn't gotten any better, and the anger outbursts are only getting worse. 😔
What are some things you can do to correct this or better it? I feel so desperate!

no no no. that age is too young to diagnose! children that age are supposed to be crazy and entergetic. please do not self diagnose.

1: he's a kindergartner and by default a crazy ball of chaos. 
2: even IF he has ADHD you cannot better or train him to act differently. ADHD is a psychological disorder so unless you're doing like a rewire of his brain he's got it and that's that. If you're really concerned talk to his doctor.

Go to your pediatrician. They will probably say they're just kids.
Sometimes they might find a sensory issue. We know someone who's son (is 5) and has a sensory issue. He isn't aware of intensity of things (like volume or energy). They didn't medicate him or anything but work with him extra.

My son was diagnosed with ADHD and separation anxiety disorder in kindergarten well at the end of kindergarten anyway. Things were picked up in daycare but it became very obvious he needed help when his teacher became concerned for him around half way through the first term. We've chosen not to medicate and he is doing really well seeing a psychologist, paediatrician and hopefully soon we'll get him into an occupational therapist. 
Medication isn't always the answer although many teachers believe it's the quick fix.

Maybe their outbursts are a reaction from something else. When it happens ask him/her why their acting that way? Ask them to explain why they do that. There may be something going on during school.
