Ugh don't know what to do...

I went to the hospital yesterday for bleeding and cramping badly. Im 6 weeks pregnant. They did blood work and an ultra sound. The blood work said my hcg was really high meaning I'm definitely pregnant. But I passed a lot of bright blood and tissue. The ultrasound didn't show any, fetus or baby at all. Im just assuming I had a miscarriage. but looking for advice or if anyone can help me. My insurence is in another state right now so the er was the only option. Still bleeding and cramping today.
