Sunday was our first year wedding anniversary, and he didn't get me a gift. I don't want to sound bratty, but it really hurt my feelings. No card, no flowers, no dinner. I knew what I wanted to get him, but I needed him to pick out exactly what he wanted. I'm glad I didn't end up getting it on my own, I guess! Am I wrong to feel disappointed? Apparently I need to spell out my expectations? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I feel high maintenance feeling this way, but come on! Of all occasions, the first year wedding anniversary seems pretty special.
