Early ovulation???

Question

Does clomid make early ovulation?? Plzz help ladies.. am on CD11 with first month of clomid (3-7) cervical mucus is stretchy.. TTC from 7months.. baby dust to everyone..

if you have a long cycle then yes it probably will make you ovulate early. 5 - 10 days after your last tablet I believe
I have an average of a 35 day cycle, I was prescribed to use clomid from day 2 to shorten my cycle

I ovulated 15 days after my last pill my 1st round, CD24, I have longer cycles though usually around 35-40 days so that could have been part of it.

From everything that I've read, depending on what cycle day you are taking clomid on will determine when you ovulate, what I read was that ovulation can occur between 5-11 days after your last pill of clomid. For instance, I was prescribed 150mg this month for cycle days 5-9 and I ovulated CD17, so yes and no, if you're taking clomid cycle days 1-5 then it is possible to ovulate on cycle day 11, however if you are using OPKs for tracking, it's recommended to make sure you wait for those 5 days between your last pill and testing. Because there is a strong chance you'll get a false positive. ✨💕✨💕

I've read you can have ewcm for a few days prior to ovulation. I personally took Clomid days 3 thru 7 and ovulated on CD 14 like clockwork. it might be different for everyone though. that's the part I hate... too much guessing!! Lol good luck and baby dust. I just finished my second round..  waiting for my o day!!
