Hi ladies. Has anyone had experience with being told you have complete blockages in both tubes after an HSG and getting pregnant?

I had an HSG mid July that showed both tubes blocked. I was preparing for laparoscopic surgery. With pcos my cycles are so unpredictable. We had everything scheduled and during my pre op visit my scans showed that i was surging and about to ovulate, so surgery had to be postponed. I've been waiting for my cycle to start and decided to take a test yesterday that to my surprise showed a positive. My hcg levels are at a 33 today and i will be going back Thursday to recheck.

I am terrified of an ectopic pregnancy or repeat miscarriage. Any of you lovely ladies have experienced you could share with me, good or bad? TIA
