Hard lump on leg after shot??

My 10 week old just got her 2 month shots last Friday. Today, I noticed a little hard bump/lump on the injection site?? It hurts her when I try to rub it. Is this normal or should I contact her doc??

doctor told me warm bath and you can gently rub it to help it go away

Our dr told us that if baby tenses up he/she will get a knot or even a bruise!😣 we was told that a cold wash cloth on the injection spots will help and to give our son infant Tylenol he got his a few days ago
