Spots/bumps under my boobs??

At first I thought it was pimples but their just bumps! I'm 38 weeks. All underneath my boobs. What could it be?

Maybe a little rash from boob sweat? When my boobs sweat when I'm at work and it constantly is being rubbed against my bra this happens to me

Yeah it looks like mine too and I was told from sweat and the heat like a heat rash. U can use some powder or EO (essential oils) to help but really it's just annoying. Mine always sweating 😅
