So as of last week, my cervix was still closed and hard. Today at my appointment I received news that I was 60% effaced and 1cm dilated. My doctor said he could feel my babies head.

My advice to ladies out there feeling down cause you haven't dilated or anything, pray.

God made our bodies for this reason, they will do what they was made to do when the timing is right. Have faith, I know easier said then done, but a little faith goes along ways. Know that with Christ, all things are possible and your delivery is not an exception, with him by your side, you can do this, you will do this ❤

Pray that his will be done, no matter what it is.

Walk as much as you can.

Drink plenty of water!
