Discouraging start to TTC

I feel like I am going crazy bc I genuinely feel pregnant(for ex I had to leave work 2 days bc of nausea & dizziness) I was honestly not expecting to get a + the first month TTC but now AF is 12 days late & just took this test??? Any helpful insight would be appreciated!! My cycle is very regular 28-29 and haven't been on any BC for a few years. I just feel so discouraged that this is the way my TTC journey has started 😕
