Sex everyday or every other?

Question

During your fertile time should you have sex every day or every other day? 
There are mixed messages on different sites so not sure! 
What do you do?

I do every other day. My predictor on Glow sent me a message saying every other day was best because they build up more sperm if you wait.

I noticed that too!  Someone told me they say every second day to 'build up' sperm, but if there are no fertility issues it should regenerate in 24 hours.  I don't think it's necessary to have it every day as sperm lives for up to 5 days (though best up to 3 days)
