& this time around it sucks I'm always so sleepy & I feel I have no energy at all 😩 with my other pregnancy I was so energetic I was always up & at only time I felt tired was at the end of the pregnancy but I guess every pregnancy different but it's crazy I'm barely in my first trimester & I'm already feeling like this ...
