Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD)
Have any of you been diagnosed with SPD? This is my 2nd baby and did not have it with my first. This time I was diagnosed with it at 25 weeks. Bought a maternity belt (has helped a ton) and will be going to physical therapy next week (29w). If any of you have it what have you done to relieve the pain? Would appreciate the Help!
