PLEASE GIVE ME ADVISE

so 3 weeks ago i had my period, tge week after was on & off light bleeding. now ever since than ive been feeling really sick & cramping a fair bit. i do have the implanon in too so i don't know of its from that but what do you girls think? I've also taken a pregnancy test but came back negative please help
