2nd degree tear

So I had a second degree tear and it was really uncomfortable the first few days but after like a week and a half I didn't feel anything and no pain... I have yet to look down there cause I'm afraid of seeing something I don't want to see but I'm exactly 4 weeks postpartum and was wondering if this is a good sign?? Ive heard about people feeling the scar while having sex afterwards and I'm terrified of that lol...
