Binge eating at night
I struggle really badly with binge eating at night. During the day I will be extremely conscious of what I'm putting into my body and then once it hits 6pm, all of that goes out the door and I'll pig out on everything. I've tried chewing gum or brushing my teeth to offset the cravings, but I'm still struggling really hard. It's my ultimate downfall with losing weight. Any tips that might be able to help me out?
