Hi ladies,

Not sure what to do. AF is 6 days late, I thought I got a vvvvvvvvfp yesterday (after all BFN) and today I got hit with sudden sharp pains and cramps out of no where and have bright red (so bright it's almost orange) blood with a sudden medium flow. When I say sudden I mean in less than 45 minutes. The pains are like a twisting pain and it's so bad I'm almost doubled over. Is this just AF starting late or is it worth a trip to the medical aid unit? I'm afraid to show up and them say "you're fine, you're overreacting, it's your period" but it's so painful and I haven't even had cramping the last week until right now. Thoughts?
