TMI - Sever Gas Pains

I am 8+2days pregnant and have severe severe severe gas pains. I am not constipated. My stool is very soft and I'm regular, but the gas pains are killing me. I am able to release the gas, but the pain/cramps/stabbing feeling still builds up. Sometimes its so bad I can't even stand up straight. Any advice on how to aleviate this?
