Okay this is going to get personal, but i have no idea what just happened.

My husband and I were having sex and after he was done i got a super bad pain where my oviaries are. I am a minth late. All my test have come back negative. The pains were bad I though okay maybe it was my period so instead of waiting for my 15 minutes laying flat i had to get up. Instead of blood i was welcomed by vomitting and pooping. WHAT JUST HAPPENED?

The cramps are very light now. I'm waiting to hear from my doctor. I figured I would post to see if anyone else has any ideas.
