I'm on day three late, been trying for three years... Took a pregnancy test and of course it says negative.. is there still a chance that I could be pregnant and I took it too soon?

7 days late, tested today. Negative. My sister in law said it took a while for her to get positive readings. I'm still holding hope. I've had cramping, lower back pain, and today I kinda felt queasy.

so I started spotting and I had dark red blood only when I wiped, I have light cramping on one side. when I wipe, its thick gooey mucus with small clots and then tissue paper spots (I have them when I ovulate). I've looked it up and a few women said that its implantation bleeding, its just on the heavier side and it went away... have any of you ladies experienced this? in at my wits end, we've been TTC for two years and nothing 😣 I'm about to give up...
