Pimples!!
Ahhh. So I'm a dermatologist and literally part of my job is curing acne. But I'm 4w2d and my face is breaking out! Never had acne in my life. And the worst part is, I can't treat it bc nothing is safe in pregnancy. So...I have to just see patients and tell them I can fix their acne and look like a giant hypocrite. And no one at work knows yet bc so early. Ugh....
