I found out I was pregnant on 8/28/17. called my doctor because I have PCOS and didn't have an idea of when my LMP was. I know I had one in May when my Mirena was removed. We went for blood work and my hcg started at 101 then went to 399 then 1690. Everything was going great. I had some spotting on Saturday 9/2 and I thought maybe it was implantation spotting. Sunday me and my SO were laying in bed I got a call from my mom and told her our good news. I got up to use the bathroom and my boyfriend said "what's all over the bed?" looked down and lots of heavy bleeding. We went to the hospital immediately. They did blood work there and my hcg was 3900. Ultrasound showed amniotic sac but no fetal pole measuring at 5w2d. Went for more blood work yesterday and got a call today that my hcg is back down to right around 900. This is my 3rd miscarriage I don't know what else to do. I have a son from a previous relationship that is 11. I'm trying to remain positive but it's so hard.
