First US today, ramzi theory anyone?!

I had my first prenatal appointment today and my fiancé and I got to see the Heart Beart (forgot to ask what it was, was to excited!) but according to the Ramzi theory what do you guys think? I think girl because it was flipped (it was a transvaginal US)
