Endometriosis and fertility

Hi Guys,

I've just been disgnosed with endo, I have cysts on both ovaries and scar tissue near the left ovarie opening, that coupled with an Y shaped inverted endometrium (I think thats what its called??) has left me really really scared that my husband and I will never have kids.... I guess I just would like to know if any of you have been successful in conceiving with endo??
