I feel so alone now

I lost my baby Monday on the 4th (Labor Day) well I had my D&C; and it feels like a whole part of me is gone. I feel hopeless, lost, shocked, not ready to do anything. I need friends. Actual friends that talk to me more than a few minutes. Anybody else feel this way?
