What's the most successful?

Need as many opinions as possible. This app has been great and I've learned so much and would really appreciate your opinions and advice.

This is our second month of trying. glow says I should ovulate the 18 and makes me want to track And then I hear others say to not over think and don't stress just let it happen.

Should we trust the app and just let it happen or should I start opk and try and make it happen.

I just want our baby as soon as possible. I guess I'm wondering what have others found to be most successful.....
