So I am 6 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I work at a medical center and one of my coworkers did a transabdominal ultrasound. She said she saw a gestational sac and a yolk sac and that it looks larger than last week. She has said nothing about a baby or a heart beat. She said this was normal for how early I am but I'm freaking out. I do not have my first official ultrasound until September 27. I'll be around 9 weeks then. I'm wondering if we don't see anything because it was not transvaginal. Has this happened to anyone else!? I'm so nervous due to my previous pregnancy ending in miscarriage. I also do not feel pregnant besides sore breasts and fatigue. Help!
