I think I'm having some signs of motor loss control :/

My eyes move on their own as if i was drunk but then come back to where I was looking and everything is normal again. I also get dizzy and I almost fell once because I thought a bridge I was walking on was shaking and I had to hold on to the edge. I'm kinda worried for my safety and others (I drive my car to school). I also feel mentally drained and just tired and thirsty even if I did nothing that day. just want to know if anyone has experienced this?

I have no insurance so I'm saving up money to go to the doctor, I think I'll be able to go by next Saturday. I'm just worried. Does anyone know what it could be?

I'm still fairly young, 20, and I have the average weight for my height and cholesterol levels are fine. My blood pressure is a bit low but that's it...thanks.
