Left North Palm Beach this morning to evacuate from hurricane at 38 weeks 4 days. Started contracting on way to Savannah while my 17 month old was throwing up with stomach bug. Made it to Savannah (where all my family lives) and came to hospital. Ended up having csection at 10:20 and baby Frances is healthy (except some slight breathing issues). Won't get to hold her until the morning. Can't wait. Oh and my husband is not here because he is a yacht captain and at sea on way here. Won't get here until tomorrow night. Crazy epic day!!!!
