When something that's supposed to help you with Anxiety gives you more Anxiety

Last May I have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder with symptoms of Depression. How fun right? My doctor said my coping mechanisms were hella strong but I needed to be put on meds.

I have been coping well since then but things took a turn for the worse. I brought myself to the ER because just last Wed because my anxiety was getting overwhelming and my usual coping methods weren't working. My doctor ordered me to take a leave and stay off of anything that reminds me of work for a whole month.

I work in Advertising and I'm not used to my days not being full to the brim, which is what probably what triggered the Anxiety in the first place TBH. I'm on Day 4 of 30 and I'm getting more and more anxious everyday I spend at home but worried that if I go out of town I might get an episode.

I leave my place to do yoga everyday but it doesn't seem to help. Got any tips?
