How to keep your license from dui?

How does my husband keep his license from getting arrested for a dui in Hawaii and he refused to take a breath alyizer test and its first time ? Please help

You can probably google dui laws for Hawaii. Im not sure what they are, but I know where we are there's mandatory jail (1st offense usually just 24hours) loss of license but could possibly get a limited license (to drive to work/school only) fines, classes...its $3,000-$5,000 for a first time offender here.

My mil had to pay a fine and take mandatory DUI classes to keep her license.  If she missed one class they told her they take it from her.
