My LO is a week and 3 days old. He is being fed breastmilk as well as formula. He started to have a red bottom so I began using desitin with each diaper change. I noticed this morning with his diaper change that it has gone from red to sores around his anus!! I feel so bad and am hoping for some input if anyone else has experienced this. I plan to not use wipes and to wipe him down with a warm rag instead but should I still be putting desitin on? I hope this can help my poor little guy. I can't help but feel like a bad mommy 😔
