When writing thank you cards....

I'm writing thank you cards to the people who provided our family with food or help after I lost my father. 
I don't know how to sign them. Assuming my maiden name is "Davis" and my married name is "Rosen" (it's not). 
Should I sign the cards "the Davis and Rosen families?" Or just "the Davis family?" 
Should I sign it from just myself? Or should I put my mom and brother's names in there?
Is it rude to just sign it from myself?

I would say Davis, that's also what my mum would do.
Even though my parents were divorced, when my dads mum passed away, she signed with dad's surname, yet she used her maiden name for her own dad.
