Hopefully, I am starting a new job as a sales assosciate. Went to both interviews and was told I would need a certain amount of #'s to achieve each day if I do get the job.

Is there anybody out there that would give me tips or a technique they've used in the past, on selling items? I know the whole basic concept of it but I really want to become persuasive, and be the best sales assosciate I can be. Thanks.
