I dont feel pregnant getting paranoid

I am 9 weeks 4 days and. Past. Few days i haven't been feeling pregnant like in the beginning with throwing up and all the other fun symptoms that comes with this blessing but. I haven't felt any tugging or cramping or anything to be honest im not bleeding im afraid that i had a miscarriage with no bleeding i guess idk help me mommas 😔
