So I have zero desire to have sex with my husband. And I know it's not fair to him! We used to have sex 3 times a day but then kids came along and work and everything else. I thought it was my birth control effecting my sex drive, so I went and had it removed and have been on nothing for about a month. Has anyone had any experience with this? I thinking about going to the DR. And getting on an anti depressant/anxiety med. most likely a benzodiazepine class.

I've tried to get in the mood... I go to the gym daily. I just worry more about if the laundry is done the wanting to have sex.

I really just want to know if anyone takes anything and it chills them out enough to relax.
