Pill to implant?

Question

I've been on the pill for about a year but I was thinking of switching to the implant. Could any of you ladies could give me any pros/cons? it would be greatly appreciated!

Pros:
SUPER light period almost nonexistent
Helped me with cramps!
Most insurances cover the cost
Only 1 out of 100 women get pregnant with the implant
You don't have to remember taking the pill everyday 
It's lasts 3 years
The removal process is similar to the insertion process
Once you get it removed, you can get pregnant!
Cons: 
Side effects are different for everyone but I've only had headaches so far
A common side effect is spotting
That's all I got for cons. It's a super easy and effective birth control method!!

I got the implant almost 2 months ago, & I have had longer periods but they are really light, & they've come exactly when they're supposed to. I haven' really had other side effects besides a bit of a longer period so far! (& it will probably get shorter)
