Does the mane n tail horse shampoo help your hair grow faster and healthier?

In my opinion no. If you want longer stronger hair do scalp treatments with oils etc and drink tons of water 💙 shampoo and conditioner really only "treat" the hair you already have, it doesn't really promote "better" new hair growth.

It worked really well for my sister and one of her friends (the only people I know personally who have tried it). I don't need to grow my hair any faster, but my sister loves the stuff.

It works well on my horses... 😅 But really, I've heard it's awesome for people too.
