Faint Negative Test Results

I took a pregnancy test about 3 days ago (from the dollar store) .. and it came back with a dark negative but it seemed almost has if water was ran over it cause it looked like a runny result (-) with ink around it , if that makes since .. (almost like water over ink on paper) so I just waited till today to take another one BUT this time I took the pregnancy test "Clearblue" one but it came back with a Faint negative (-) this time BUT a dark line in the control center ? Pleaseeee help me I wanna say I'm not pregnant but I'm not 100% now
