Anyone using progesterone cream?
Im trying to take my fertility into my own hands and try things that have worked for other women. I may have low progesterone problems given that I have low bbt temps and I had two recurrent miscarriages back to back. I've been wanting my doc to test me and she just keeps delaying things. It's been over 2 months now.
So I am thinking of buying over the counter natural progesterone cream. Has anyone used one? Any symptoms and benefits?
