Help! Baby won't nap! :(

My daughter is 3 months and has been sleeping through the night for quite some time now. Naps on the other hand she hates. She will ONLY sleep on one of us or in the car. We've had one or two lucky naps in her crib. This is her usual, but the past week is excessively worse. She refuses to nap and by 5pm she is a screaming child and incredibly upset and won't sleep no matter what. I've bounced her walking around the house for over an hour and nothing. This seems to be the pattern this past week. I love my child, but I literally haven't had time to eat the last week. Or pee for that matter. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I've tried a naptime routine and setting her in her crib and staying in the room, pick her up to calm and put her back. She sleeps for max 10 minutes that way. She swaddled, but were also in the middle of trying to transition out because she's ended up on her side and almost tummy. I follow wake times and sleep cues. But the second she's off me she's awake. I don't know if I should just try and let her cry it out for a max number of minutes at this point or what. I didn't initially want to do that because it breaks my heart. But I don't know what else to do at this point. I'm truly concerned she's not getting the sleep she needs. Help! :(
